  • Optional demographic details like role, activity level, age range, and gender.
  • Daily wellness check-in responses tied to the four program pillars.
  • Group membership details, including group administrators and access codes used to join.
  • Time zone and notification preferences to schedule daily reminders.
  • Optional profile photo if you choose to upload one.
How We Use Your Information
  • Provide your dashboard, trends, and progress within the wellness program.
  • Enable group administrators to view aggregated group statistics and member progress.
  • Send daily reminders when you opt in to notifications.
  • Improve the program and help administrators understand participation patterns.
How We Share Information
  • Group administrators can view group-level statistics and member participation within their groups.
  • System administrators can access data for operational needs and program support.
  • We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Data Retention

We retain wellness entries and account details for the duration of the program and any additional period required for reporting and support. You can request deletion or export of your data by contacting a system administrator.

Security

We use standard security measures to protect your data, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system can be guaranteed 100 percent secure, but we actively work to protect your information.
